Satellite decoders include a 3 month Return To Base Warranty Only.
 *Satellite related Accessories and Goods/Repairs receive 3 months warranty * $40 Surcharge applies if goods are Non Defective.
ALL Peripherals and Devices are covered by the Manufacturers warranty.
Legal Title to goods shall remain with themodshop until full payment has been received.
Errors and Emissions excepted, Quotations are Valid for a Seven(7) day Period only.
A No Refund or Exchange policy applies on any merchandise incorrectly purchased or if the customer has a change of mind.
 
WARRANTY  POLICY
Themodshop will honor all warranties relating to the normal use of it's goods for a period of 3 month all products unless otherwise labeled as such. If you have reason to suspect an item is faulty contact themodshop to make arrangement for repair.
All postage, packaging, freight and insurance costs too and from our base are to be paid by the customer.
 
* Please Note : Goods Posted back to  for warranty incur a  Postage and Insurance fee ($40 all items) for the Return of goods back to the customer. A money order, Cheque or Transfer Receipt MUST accompany the goods when posted to Themodshop.  
* Goods found to be Non Defective or Decoders with altered settings incur a $40 Service Fee
